TravelDeskApp is a private customer relationship management application that helps travel advisors organize customers, bookings, itineraries, reminders, payments, and invoices in one secure workspace.

Purpose
The application gives authorized travel professionals one place to manage customer profiles, reservation records, trip documents, follow-ups, financial records, and day-to-day travel operations.
Gmail integration
Each authorized editor may connect their own Google account. TravelDeskApp requests Gmail send-only access so the editor can review a recipient, subject, message, and itinerary PDF, then explicitly confirm the final send. The application does not read inbox messages or manage Gmail drafts.
Access and security
The CRM workspace is available only to accounts approved by the service owner. Google refresh tokens are stored encrypted, and a connected Gmail account can be disconnected from the application at any time.
