Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of TravelDeskApp, a private business tool for organizing travel customer and booking work.

Authorized use
You may use TravelDeskApp only through an account approved by the service owner and only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Your records and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the customer, itinerary, payment, and other business information you enter. You must have the right to process that information and must review generated documents, calculations, drafts, and messages before relying on or sending them.
Connected services
Optional integrations, including Gmail and AI-assisted features, operate only when configured or requested. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider's terms. You may disconnect optional integrations when they are no longer needed.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated, suspended, or changed to maintain security, improve functionality, or meet operational requirements. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
No professional guarantee
TravelDeskApp helps organize travel work but does not replace professional judgment, supplier confirmation, accounting advice, or legal advice. Airline, hotel, ticketing, pricing, and entry requirements must be verified with the appropriate source.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TravelDeskApp is provided as available without implied warranties, and the service owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
